The test it sits before you get it

Before handover, you write 10 questions about your business that you can answer without looking anything up, and one whose answer isn't in your files. We ask the machine each one and mark it against your answers. It isn't handed over until it passes.

The source shows it read the H‑50 row. Search works by meaning, and to it the two codes mean almost the same thing.
So at setup we pin short price lists. The model reads the whole list every time instead of searching it.

It tells you what your terms and price lists say, and copies prices exactly as written.
Totals, margins, and math across rows can come out wrong, so they stay in your spreadsheet.

If last year's terms were still loaded, they could answer too. An old file keeps answering until someone removes it.
So at handover we set up a simple way to retire old files.
